Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging prospects to become Allstate customers through relationship selling. The sales specialist is also responsible for successfully closing sales opportunities through inbound and outbound contact in a way that enables the sales area to meet its customer satisfaction and sales performance goals.



This position is not available to California, Alaska and Hawaii residents.





What You Need To Know:
  • Base Compensation range of $39,000 - $44,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to 20%+ monthly performance-based variable upon achieving sales goals and beyond
  • Internet monthly reimbursement听听
  • Mandatory paid training 6-8 weeks.听Training Schedule : Mon-Fri 8:00am -5:00pm CST
  • Ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement听
  • No prospecting- Sales opportunities are delivered directly to you through 1-800-Allstate
  • Mon-Fri -can vary between 听8am-7pm CST and depending on local time zone - must be flexible
Key Responsibilities:

鈥⑻ 听Provide an exceptional sales experience to prospects through inbound and outbound calls in order to meet sales targets and performance goals 鈥⑻ 听Sell new business policies for commercial lines and specialty lines of insurance
鈥⑻ 听Proactively identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
鈥⑻ 听Proactively sell new business during inbound customer calls
鈥⑻ 听Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions with customers and prospects
鈥⑻ 听Develop subject matter expertise and remain current on new marketing campaigns

Education and Experience:

鈥 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

鈥 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

鈥 In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

鈥 Property & Casualty License in State of Residence (Required)

Functional Skills:

鈥 Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

鈥 Basic PC aptitude

鈥 Be flexible regarding changes needed to service the customer

鈥 Strong customer service skills

鈥 Competency and fluency in the commercial line鈥檚 sales process

Compensation offered for this role is听$39,000.00-$44,000.00 per year听and is based on experience and qualifications.
