Job Summary:
The Quotit Sales Technology Sales Consultant Team Lead is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our Enterprise customers. Manages small system enhancement requests for clients, acting as liaison to all internal departments as well as client contacts. 听Works collaboratively with all internal resources to address the needs of the portfolio鈥檚 key contacts.听 In addition to carrying an individual contributor鈥檚 monthly/quarter revenue quota/target, the Team Lead also does the following.听 Provide coaching, training and back-up and support to the Quotit Retail SaaS Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation offered for this role is听$65,000.00 per year听annual salary in additional to uncapped commission and is based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates communications between clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyzes performance measurement reports, identifies and resolves issues
- Provides performance reports and customer satisfaction surveys
- Tracks client interactions and incidents
- Advises clients of any service disruptions; sharing information related to root cause and recovery time
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory branches (HIPAA, WBE CMS, state and local)
- Ensures that all Performance Standards and Guarantees are achieved as documented
- Conducts quarterly meetings with clients to understand their business model and product roadmap
- Conveys client requirements for small enhancement projects to internal resources
- Serves as first point of contact for service disruption, and works with other departmetns to provide root cause analysis
- Bachelor鈥檚 Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of related experience
- 0215 鈥 Life, Health including Variable Annuity Licenses preferred but not required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to exercise sound independent decision-making ability
- Strong consultative, customer focused听skills听
