Job Description
The Mgmt Support is responsible for serving as an integral member of the Claims Service Area (CSA) staff to assist in operations and coordination of CSA level oversight and activities including customer satisfaction, loss management and expense management objectives. Acts as CSA liaison with Home Office, CSA leaders and field employees. The individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention. The individual provides mentoring and coaching to the team.

鈥� Manages processes to ensure delivery of compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy
鈥� Proactively identifies and manages risk while eliminating barriers to help achieve business results
鈥� Develops and maintains an environment of ethics and integrity that embraces all attributes of our shared vision
鈥� Develops, maintains and analyzes operational and statistical data used by market claim office (MCO) and CSA staff
鈥� Eliminates barriers to achieving business results
鈥� Manages and resolves escalated customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
鈥� Ensures and enables staff to maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs
鈥� Consistently meets band level behaviors, production, quality and/or customer service goals
鈥� Effectively coaches and provides development/career guidance for direct reports
Education
鈥� 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
鈥� 6+ years of experience in Homeowner Claims adjusting and evaluating (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
鈥� This job has supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
鈥� In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
