Minimum Education Required: Licensed insurance agent with strong customer service experience in a high paced environment. Previous management of insurance agency operations and people.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 4+ years insurance experience and insurance license.

Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³» Agent & Agency Manager Job Duties:
- Sell new insurance policies to prospects.
- Work with existing customers to handle changes and solve problems.
- Explain insurance policies and coverage to customers and agency staff.
- Manage other agents and customer service staff at four total locations.
- Build a great rapport with clients and the rest of our team.
- Accounting and QuickBooks experience; preferably in an insurance agency.
- Knowledge of company financials – Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Process bank and ACH deposits.
- Calculate agent commissions each month.
- Answer the phones.
- Work within multiple insurance company quoting systems.
- Enter customer data in agency management system.
- Use Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe daily.
- Complete claim intake forms.
- Apply client premium payments accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Highly organized and close attention to detail.
- P & C insurance knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Problem solver / solution creator.
- Business casual work attire.
- Agency management (CRM) system experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
