We are seeking a UX Writer to join our communications and marketing team to write copy and communications for our benefits software and mobile app. The UX Writer will be responsible for analyzing and improving communication with our customers, users, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and be able to identify areas for improvement in our communication strategy.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $60,000-$75,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

The Role
- Provide copy support for User Experience designers
- Write copy for various communication materials
- Maintain communications asset management standards
- Work with technical experts, in-house writers, graphic designers, and UX designers to create clear, complete, and helpful messaging
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all content, aligning deliverables with the organization's brand guidelines and style.
- Analyze existing communications and identify data-backed opportunities for improvement
The Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a communication or technical writer role
- 2+ years of experience interpreting data and forming actionable conclusions
- Bachelor's degree in communication, technical writing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt independently to new processes and software
- Demonstrated ability to understand, clearly communicate, organize, and explain complex subject matter
- Demonstrated ability to think deeply about specific topics and ask relevant, specific questions
- Organized and focused, with strong task management skills, and an ability to self-manage competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and complete multiple and diverse assignments with the highest level of quality
