Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $121,600.00 - 206,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Strategic Vision: Develop a clear vision for Generative AI-powered products, aligning with business goals and market trends.听
Coaching Digital Product Managers: ability to intentionally identify growth opportunities and develop/mature the product management practice within Digital Product Managers听听
Product Roadmap Execution: Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements. Ensure that portfolio of products are aligned horizontally and meeting product goals.听听
Problem/success understanding: Collaborate with stakeholders to define what needs to be true to meet intended outcomes, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.听
User Experience Design: Advocate and design for seamless user experiences, from concept to execution.听

Qualifications:听
Experience:听听
8+ years of hands-on experience building ML/AI-powered products听
Extensive track record of taking a product from vision to inception to scale听
3+ years working in Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Machine Learning, hands-on experience听
Experience integrating Generative AI into a products, experience executing and scaling products with Generative AI is a plus听听
3+ years working on data heavy products听
3+ years management experience developing product management skillsets听
Proven experience optimizing AI at scale听
Agile Processes: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., iterations, point systems, refinements).听
Adaptability: Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity.听
Communication:听听
Extensive experience story telling product strategy听
Excellent verbal and written communication skills听
Data Literacy: Navigate complex data landscapes, leveraging insights to inform product decisions听
Analytical skills: Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns. Working knowledge of SQL and some coding skills (Python) would be a plus.听
Machine Learning Concepts: Deep expertise with machine learning principles, enabling effective communication with data scientists and machine learning engineers听
