Dallas, Texas-based MHBT Inc. has acquired Wells Fargo’s insurance brokerage operations in Lubbock, Texas.
The deal includes all operating assets and operations of the Lubbock office of Wells Fargo Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³», including five team members.
MHBT has offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Lubbock. MHBT’s first Lubbock office opened in 2012, when they merged with Shofner, Lynch & Shulse LLC.
MHBT Inc. offers commercial insurance and risk management programs, employee benefits, surety, personal insurance and a host of specialized services.
