In Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³» Journal’s 2024 Young Agents Survey, young agents reported feeling less optimistic about their career choice and the future the independent agency system but felt good about the condition of the US economy in 2024. What will young agents report in the 2025 Young Agents Survey?
