State Auto’s Restrepo Takes Over As PCI Chair

State Auto Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³»­ Companies President, Chairman and CEO Bob Restrepo has been elected chair of the board of governors of the 1,000-member Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI). The one-year term began with Restrepo’s election during this week’s PCI annual meeting in Boston, Mass.

Restrepo’s said that among objectives for his term are renewal of the federal terrorism risk insurance program and backing the state-based regulatory system in the face of threats at the national and international level.

Restrepo is currently chairman of the board of trustees of the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) and a member of the Columbus Partnership. He also serves on the board of directors of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, The Institutes, the Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³»­ Information Institute and Nuclear Electric Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³»­ Limited.

Restrepo previously served as chairman of the American Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³»­ Association, and he and his wife, Mary Frances, served as co-chairs of the 2011 campaign of the United Way of Central Ohio.
