OCIP Manager - Client Service Specialist
Provide day-to-day client service and risk management assistance on assigned accounts. Work with Program Manager, Account Executive and/or Client Advocate to implement, maintain, and close-out wrap-up programs. Coordinate administration activities related to managing a wrap-up. The role is open for multiple locations and potentially remote workstyle.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000-$80,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

The Role
- Communicate with subcontractors to request & finalize enrollments in the wrap-up
- Follow-up with subcontractors on outstanding items including enrollment information, payroll, etc
- Review and confirm certificates of insurance are current and compliant for enrolled contractors
- Process contractor/project closeouts as required
- Provide status reports to client’s project teams
- Participate & lead status meetings with client’s project teams.
- Other duties as assigned
The Requirements
- 0-2 years of insurance experience related to construction
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
- Personal Computer Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure or time constraints
- Interpersonal Skills, including relationship-building skills with clients and co-workers
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Customer Service Skills
- Presentation, organization & critical thinking skills
- Current Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain
