    James, I honestly do not have it in for you, but there’s an error in this article too. It says,”An 鈥渁dditional鈥 named insured has all the benefits of the actual policy owner. Following the above scenarios, the 鈥渁dditional鈥 named insured would be covered from damage caused by a Trade Contractor, as well as damage caused by the 鈥渁dditional鈥 named insured. Thus, in the event, there would be $50,000 in coverage for the policy owner and $50,000 in coverage for the 鈥渁dditional鈥 named insured.”
    The standard ISO commercial general liability policy form says this about how limits apply:
    “the Limits of 潘金莲传媒映画 shown in the Declarations and the rules below fix the most we will pay regardless of the number of: a. Insureds; b. Claims made or “suits” brought; or c. Persons or organizations making claims or bringing “suits.” If you’re dealing with $50K per occurrence, that limit is only available once, not separately to each named insured.
