Job Description
The Senior Producer combines exceptional creative taste with comprehensive production expertise to lead sophisticated broadcast, digital, and experiential projects across Allstate and its family of companies. This strategic position orchestrates premium content development from concept through delivery, working closely with creative directors and marketing partners while harnessing the power of our Production Studio and Business Affairs teams. The role demands masterful project management across multiple initiatives, from broadcast commercials and social/digital media to radio, corporate communications and brand activations, while maintaining meticulous brand standards and creative quality. As a passionate champion of production craft, the successful candidate brings refined aesthetic sensibility, production industry relationships, and excels at partnering with consumer marketing teams and business partners across the enterprise to deliver outstanding internal and external content with unmatched brand authenticity, creative control and cultural relevancy. The position requires occasional travel, sometimes on short notice, to oversee productions and ensure creative excellence. The Senior Producer reports to the Executive Producer, Creative Production. The Senior Producer role is a hybrid role collaborating regularly on-site in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Leadership and Creative Excellence:
* Execute premium quality from concept through delivery across all internal/external projects deliverables, including video editing, motion graphics, audio design, photography and other production disciplines
* Drive brand consistency and cultural relevancy
* Guide production decisions that align with creative visions, brand standards and company objectives
* Deliver production strategies that achieve creative excellence while championing fiscal responsibility
* Apply refined aesthetic judgment throughout production process
Production Management and Process Excellence:
* Develop and oversee comprehensive production plans, timelines, and budgets
* Lead multiple high-priority productions simultaneously
* Drive seamless execution from pre-production through delivery
* Navigate complex stakeholder requirements across business units
* Partner with Business Affairs on production estimates, talent negotiations, and SAG requirements
* Present and defend production approaches and budgets to key stakeholders
* Guide creative teams through technical and budget considerations
* Maintain comprehensive production documentation and archives including scripts, talent agreements, and delivery elements
* Ensure compliance by contributing to ongoing project status documentation and tracking
Production Strategy and Resource Optimization:
* Drive premium content creation through Production Studio capabilities and workflows, delivering high-end creative solutions with optimal resource efficiency
* Lead strategic partnerships between creative directors, consumer marketing and Production Studio teams to optimize creative development and production planning
* Strategically engage external production partners for specialized needs that enhance our capabilities; partner with Business Affairs on scope/deliverables and contractual matters
Industry Expertise and Stakeholder Management:
* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI production techniques
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key consumer marketing and creative operations partners
* Lead production meetings and stakeholder communications
* Share production craft knowledge across teams
* Guide strategic decisions through deep industry expertise
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
