Compensation Overview
The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The goal of the Marketing & Communications Intern Program is to attract and develop self-motivated individuals who are interested in the field of Marketing & Communications. As interns, you will be exposed to a challenging work experience with planned activities giving you insight into business and the many career options that lie ahead for you. With many company-wide and community outreach events, you will have the opportunity to interact and network with many levels of leadership and management.
What Will You Do?
The EIM Brand Management intern’s primary focus will be assisting with the development and implementation of integrated marketing/advertising campaigns and initiatives to support key business unit objectives. The candidate will work collaboratively with internal business unit teams as well as the broader Marketing, Communications, Research, and Customer Experience teams on the creation and execution of project and campaign activation elements.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong editorial skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Basic project management skills
• Basic analytical skills
• Ability to think outside of the box and stay in touch with the latest industry trends
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually
• Ability to build relationships, and be a team player
• Currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate program with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications
• Relevant work/internship/club/volunteer experience
• Candidates should have an interest in account management, project management, strategic planning, creative concept development, integrated marketing, marketing, and advertising.
