CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $56,500.00 - 99,962.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Our Allstate Digital Footprintâ„¢, identity theft and credit monitoring services, fraud remediation and restoration services help our subscribers safeguard their personal information, data they share online, and the relationships they treasure.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location
Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.

- Collaborate with the Change Lead and consult with internal stakeholders to assist in crafting a communications strategy and plan
- Ensure that the organization's mission, vision, values, culture, and goals are embedded into the communications strategy
- Articulate communication strategies and impacts to internal business partners
- Act as champion for organizational change communications
- Create and distribute compelling internal communications content, including newsletters, reports, announcements, and presentations
- Manage internal departmental web site(s) including content updates and posting of communications messaging
- Develop and maintain a library of communications templates, materials, and processes
- Provide regular reporting on communications progress and status
- Create and manage content calendars/schedules to ensure timely delivery of all communications
- Develop strategies to effectively engage targeted stakeholders through appropriate channels
- Solicit and facilitate stakeholder feedback to promote a culture of transparency
- Receive, coordinate, and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders Â
- Track and measure the effectiveness of communications campaigns and adjust as needed with a continuous improvement mindset
Required Education, Experience & SkillsÂ
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years of communications, project management, or change management experience in medium to large organizations, or similar experience
- Demonstrate strong oral and presentation abilities with confidence and professionalism
- Possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Have knowledge of communication theories, principles, techniques, current trends, and best practices
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with initiative utilizing creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to consult and work collaboratively with business partners, subject matter experts, technical resources, business stakeholders, and diverse groups at any level of the organization
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple communications activities at any given time
- Some understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools is helpful
- Ability to quickly learn existing processes, technology, and workflows
Preferred Education, Experience & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, organizational development, business, marketing, public relations, or related field
- PMI or Prosci Change Management Certification is a bonus

- The offer compensation budgeted for this role is between $75000 to $85000 annual. The offered salary will be dependent on candidate's qualification and experience. This role is eligible for up to 10% annual performance bonus
