  • Training will be provided.

  • Hours will be 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday, (Overtime may be required).

  • The internship will be Hybrid (office and remote)

  • The primary responsibilities of this position will be to clean, enter, manipulate and analyze salary survey data from Fortune 1000 clients.

  • Must be a strong self-starter and have the ability to work within a team environment

  • Partnering with consultants and clients to design compensation philosophies and strategies that attract, reward and retain employees

  • Conducting job leveling using Willis Towers Watson’s job evaluation methodologies in order to build the foundational construct for our clients’ HR and compensation programs

  • Evaluating Board of Director compensation programs and levels



Required:


  • Progress towards Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative degree preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Proven analytical skills, good communication skills and detail orientation

  • PC expertise utilizing a database

  • Candidates will be expected to make a commitment to the full cycle of the assignment

  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship

  • Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2024 through June 2026

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation


The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $68,000 – $72,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
